Most comfortable and sturdy controller I've ever owned. But those are spendy, and you have to go through steam to get it to work properly on PC.

My personal preference is the Switch Pro controller. Definitely worth the investment of money. Technically I guess you could also use a dualshock controller.but I've found those to be flimsy and uncomfortable in the hand. And sadly I can't get used to a controller for those kind of games. But you can't often find them in good condition anymore. Mouse + Keyboard simply sucks, for DS 1 and 2. In something like Dynasty Warriors or God of War or even Prince of Persia the combat revolves around killing multiple enemies quickly with combos and ultra moves. So it's not like I'm some noobscrub who doesn't know how to play, either. I recently did a deathless run of both DS1 and DS3 using a controller(died on 2nd to last boss in DS3). I only had 2 problems with a controller when I first started Dark Souls 1: aiming with a bow was a pain after playing a lot of FPS games with mouse & keyboard and moving camera when I needed to roll at the same time, but I got used to the aiming and learned to quickly change the position of my fingers to dodge and move camera at the same time. Which is weird to say, because I'm one of those PC-Master-Race kind of gamers. I can't recommend any of the souls games with a mouse and keyboard.
